Regarding the Triangle Equation and the First Long-Range Wireless Power Transmitter

Fazor publicly affirms that its founder, Dearl McPeak, is the original inventor of the Triangle Equation, a foundational scientific and engineering advancement that enables highly accurate phase-based electromagnetic control. This equation was developed independently by Mr. McPeak prior to any involvement with the company formerly known as Omnilectric (now Ossia).

At the request of Omnilectric, Mr. McPeak later applied his proprietary Triangle Equation to design and build what became the first functioning long-range wireless power transmission system capable of delivering targeted energy over distance—without wires, beams, or line-of-sight. This system demonstrated real-time, continuous, and safe energy transfer across space and through barriers, fulfilling a vision once attributed to Nikola Tesla.

No rights to the Triangle Equation or its derivative applications were assigned to Omnilectric or Ossia, nor was any transfer of ownership ever executed. Mr. McPeak remained the sole author and owner of the core intellectual property at all times.

The development of the long-range wireless power system—now widely imitated—was based on Mr. McPeak’s original theoretical and applied innovations. These contributions have since been acknowledged by both MIT and the United States Government as critical to enabling practical long-range wireless energy delivery.
